AD - I made my favourite flavour ice cream at home and I didn’t need an ice cream machine.

Working with @nestleuki @carnation_uk on this one to show you how easy it is to make ice cream at home. 

See the recipe below: 

½ tin of Carnation condensed milk 
300g of whipping cream
2x slices of brown bread (crumbed) 
1x tbsp of brown sugar 

This serves 8 portions

Break up the brown bread into crumbs, add brown sugar, into the oven at 190 degrees. Take out and let cool. Whip cream, fold in condensed milk, mix. Put in the freezer for about 5 hrs or overnight.
