Boozy Pumpkin Spice Slushie
-2 oz. coffee liqueur
-2 oz. milk
-2 oz. cream
-2 oz. pumpkin puree
-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
-1 cup ice
-cinnamon stick for garnish
-graham cracker crumbs & caramel sauce for rim

Fall Sangria
- 1 apple
- half a grapefruit 
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 750 ml Sauvignon Blanc
- top with ginger beer
- garnish with pomegranate seeds, leaf shaped apple slices, and star anise

Toasted Almond Chai-Tini
- 1.5 oz. toasted almond infused vodka
- .75 oz. Amaretto
- 2 oz. Tazo Chai Latte
- .5 oz. Baileys
- dash of cinnamon
- honey and crushed toasted almonds for the rim

Pickle & Maple Old Fashioned
-2 oz. bourbon
-3 dashes orange bitters
-.25 oz. maple syrup
-dash of pickle juice
-pickle chip and star anise for garnish

Cookie Butter Espresso Martini
-1.5 oz. vodka
-2 oz. fresh brewed espresso mixed with 1/2 tbs. cookie butter
-.75 oz. Frangelico
-.5 oz. Irish cream
-dash of ground allspice

Cookie Butter Cold Foam Ingredients:
-2 tsps. melted cookie butter
-1/4 cup heavy cream
-dash of cinnamon
