這次徵件不限制時尚、紀實、肖像或純藝術，也不尋找安全、討喜的答案，而是想看見你真正想說、想抵抗、想守護的事。作品可提交攝影、影片與多媒體專題，不接受AI生成作品。三位藝術家將共享總額12,000美元獎勵金，入選作品也有機會於下一屆PhotoVogue Festival展出，並登上全球Vogue版面。
