The track arrives only days after Yeat was mysteriously removed from Young Thug’s “Eaters.” Reports claimed “another artist” on the song gave Thug an ultimatum to remove either them or Yeat, and with Travis Scott remaining on the final version alongside Future, fans quickly began speculating that Travis was behind the decision. 

Now, Yeat appears to be addressing the situation directly, rapping, “Put out that Flame, it’s f*ckin’ lame” on “ON NOTHING”, an apparent play on Travis’ longtime “La Flame” nickname 👀
