PMDD has finally disappeared and I feel like I’m back in the room again—happy, positive, motivated and feeling like myself.

It’s honestly such a relief when the fog lifts and I suddenly want to get up, get organised and live my life again.

I’ve got a huge week ahead with FIVE new bootcamps launching, so I’m very grateful it’s happening during my best two weeks of the month!
