PMDD has absolutely finished me this month.

The thought of living with this for the rest of my life honestly fills me with dread. I hate feeling as though I only get to be the real, “normal” me for two weeks of every month—then I lose myself all over again.

I’m normally the person trying to help everyone else, but right now, I need someone to help me.

If you live with PMDD and have found anything that genuinely makes a difference—medication, treatment, supplements, lifestyle changes or a specialist who actually listened—please tell me.

There seems to be no cure and, at the moment, it feels as though nothing helps. I don’t want sympathy or judgement. I just want hope, answers and the chance to feel like myself for more than half of my life.

Please share what has helped you. I know I won’t be the only woman who needs to read it.
