A huge thank you to Men’s Soccer alum Chad Vanags ’05 for spending time with our team this past Saturday! ⚡️

Chad introduced our student-athletes to the concept of “Brain Training” — learning how to better control our brains and thoughts so we can better control our game, our academics, and most importantly, our lives!

An incredibly valuable message about the power of our mindset, the ability to control what we can control, and becoming more intentional in everything we do.

We’re grateful for Chad’s time, insight, and continued investment in the Carroll Soccer family. ⚡️ #LoveAndGratitude
