Rasheed Wallace copped championship belts for the 2004 Pistons after winning it all to stand out from other NBA champions who would normally just get rings. He reveals that it was Ben Wallace (fearthefro) who encouraged the team to rock the belts on opening night, even though they said ‘World Wrestling Heavyweight Champion’ 😂

“Everybody was hype. I didn’t think to wear them out, but Ben was like, ‘We should wear these joints out there.’ … We took our jackets off, and everybody saw the belts. The crowd went crazy.”
