#D4vd is scheduled to appear in a #LosAngeles courtroom Monday for arraignment on capital m-rder and additional charges after a judge ruled there is enough evidence for the case to proceed to trial.

The charges stem from the de-th of 14-year-old #CelesteRivasHernandez, whose dismembered and decomposing remains were found in the trunk of Burke’s Tesla in September.

Burke faces charges including capital m-rder, continuous s-xual abuse of a child under 14 and mutilation of human remains.

Prosecutors allege Burke invited the teenager to his #Hollywood Hills home and k-lled her to prevent her from revealing their alleged s-xual relationship. 👀
