This is the sisterhood we talk about.

When my name was called, I thought I understood what that moment would feel like. But then I turned around and saw the women I had just shared the Miss USA stage with running toward me.

The hugs. The tears. The genuine excitement. The kind of love that reminds you this experience was always about so much more than one crown.

We walked into this journey representing 51 different places, each with our own dreams and our own reasons for being there. Somewhere along the way, we became friends, confidantes, biggest cheerleaders and a sisterhood I know I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.

That’s what happens when you compete at Miss USA. You leave with something so much bigger than yourself.

I may have been the one wearing the crown that night, but this moment belongs to all of us. I will never forget the women who ran toward me when my dream came true. 🤍
