Tennis Late Bloomer Diaries 🎾✨
a series documenting my progress as an adult beginner.

Apparently hitting one comfortable backhand over and over again isn’t enough 😂

This week my coach had me working on different backhand situations:

🎾 Wide ball → more height + spin, cross court
🎾 Short ball → step in, take it early + down the line
🎾 Then finish with a backhand volley

Basically: move, adjust, commit and recover. Repeat. 😭

Still very much a work in progress, but slowly getting there 🎾✨
