JORNAY PM® (methylphenidate HCI), CII. Please see Medication Guide, including Boxed Warning @jornaypm. #PaidPartner

For years, I woke up feeling behind before the day even started. ❤️‍🩹

In my conversation with @mr_phlindsay_sped, we share our experiences navigating undiagnosed ADHD, feeling misunderstood, being told to try harder and what it means to finally have answers and find support that works for you. For me, mornings used to be hectic. As I learned more about ADHD, I realized how much my mornings were affecting me, so I talked to my doctor about treatment options. Together, we decided JORNAY PM was the right choice for me. I take it at night, and it starts working about 10 hours later so when I wake up my symptoms are already being managed. For me, that change was something really simple, and meaningful. I feel more focused for the day ahead.
