For an entire week in August, 27 Endeavor Entrepreneurs swapped their day-to-day for a classroom at Harvard Business School 📚

They were part of Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures, our executive education program with HBS, which this year brought together 81 participants from across the Endeavor network to work through what it really takes to build a bigger, more durable company.

Three themes anchored the week: transforming your company to meet the moment with AI, building a high-performance team and culture made for scale, and thinking clearly about where growth comes next, across new products, new categories, and new geographies.

A few highlights:

A keynote from Shikhar Ghosh, serial founder and Harvard faculty, on the founder’s journey and finding meaning in both business and life.

A live case on Kavak’s AI transformation, led by Kavak CPO and Endeavor Entrepreneur Alejandro Maza.
