Some hotels are the destination. Others become the thread that connects an entire trip together. For our girls’ getaway to Portland, Jupiter NEXT was exactly that.

Our days took us all over the city and beyond: wandering through thousands of blooms at the International Rose Test Garden, chasing waterfalls through the Columbia River Gorge, sipping our way through Oregon wineries and distilleries, discovering incredible local food, and fitting in plenty of Portland shopping along the way.

And between every adventure, there was something wonderful about coming back to Jupiter NEXT.

The hotel became our reset button: grabbing delicious coffee from the lobby before heading out in the morning, sinking into the comfortable lounge spaces while deciding where to explore next, chatting with the genuinely warm and friendly staff, and returning to a cozy room and an incredibly comfortable bed when our feet had officially had enough Portland for the day.

And when we weren’t quite ready for the night to end? 🌿🍸

@heylovepdx downstairs made it very easy to unwind. The lush, transportive space and fantastic craft cocktails turned “one drink before bed” into its own memorable part of the trip.

There’s something special about traveling with friends and filling your days with new experiences, but the place you return to becomes part of those memories, too.

For us, Jupiter NEXT wasn’t simply where we stayed in Portland. It was where each day began, where every adventure eventually brought us back, and the cozy connector holding our girls’ trip together. ✨
