My 2019 results!! SWIPE👀🤯🔥👙 First pic is January-August!
Second pic is August-January!
This program is the easiest thing I’ve ever done... for real! I didn’t have to cut out carbs or do crazy things like only eat fat and protein 🙄 I could eat fruits and veggies and whole grains with ZERO guilt because that’s how it should be! Our body needs them! 🍏🍆🥭🥒🥕🍓I worked out 4-5 times a week for about a hour and followed my meal plan as consistently as I could! The last 6 months was even during the holidays and I continued to get results! 🤩👏🏼 Dont think of it as a diet think of it as a lifestyle change! The goal for me is to teach people how to get results and stay healthy in a way that’s easy to follow and that they enjoy 😊 No one likes to track every single thing they eat lol it’s just not sustainable 🤷🏻‍♀️ If you focus on 80% nutrition and 20% fitness you’ll get the results you want! Need help? It’s totally reccomended to have a coach and I would love to be yours!! 🙋🏻‍♀️ All of my clients get me as their coach, a meal plan personalized to them, workouts and more importantly SUPPORT! So that when you need help you can reach out 💪🏼 What are your body goals for 2020?? Let’s make it happen together!
