I used to think she just needed a better reason to walk through that door. 

Turned out her body had already made up its mind before I opened my mouth.

She went from missing 100+ days in one school year alone, to graduating high school with entry into her first choice university.

I’m university qualified in mental health and a mum who’s been deep in the trenches of chronic school refusal.
