Norbu Tsering, acting mayor of Shigatse, said in an interview on Saturday that remains of 31 victims had been recovered in the searched areas hit by the mudslide, while 531 people remained missing. Besides, the rescue teams in the area have been getting calls from victims' families and providing assistance to them.
