💦 A big thank you to our Florida Blue Healthy Living in 32114 members who joined us for water aerobics at Cypress Aquatic Center! It was a great turnout of folks committed to taking steps toward better health.
🎉 We’re especially grateful to:
• The welcoming Cypress Aquatic Center staff
• Smoothie King for donating cool, refreshing smoothies
• Monica of Elegant Fitness for leading a fun and energizing class
• Our awesome volunteers—including Halifax Health medical students who helped check blood pressure and BMI
• And the Florida Blue Foundation for supporting this important work
🍉 Members went home with a box of fresh, summer produce—topped off with a sweet, ripe watermelon.
📅 We’re taking a short summer break in July, but we’ll be back with a Crock Pot Cooking Demo on Tuesday, August 26 at the Cherry Center. Mark your calendars!
