💙 Empowering Health in 32114 with Florida Blue! 💙

FBH Communities is proud to partner with Florida Blue, Halifax Health, AdventHealth, and Hope Florida to bring free health resources directly to our neighbors in the 32114 community.

At our latest Healthy Living in 32114 event at Campbell Middle School, over 50 residents received free health screenings (A1C, blood pressure, and BMI). A physician from Halifax Health was on-site to explain results and answer health questions. 🙏

Guests also enjoyed nutritious snacks from the Saute Kingz and took home a fresh box of produce—and in the spirit of the Easter season, a dozen eggs! 🥚💐

🎉 A huge thank-you to all our community partners and participants who continue to take steps toward better health!
