Greta Lee grew up as the oldest of three, always making room for everyone else. In other words, she has always felt that taking up space was “selfish”. But, through acting, she felt empowered. “I think I was drawn to the feeling of becoming someone else, but also to the permission that acting gave me to be more of myself,” the Los Angeles-native says. In the past two decades, she has made her way from Broadway to television and to the big screen. Now, she owns the spotlight as Vogue Hong Kong’s September cover star, captured by Shaniqqa Jarvis in Los Angeles and wearing Dior Fall/ Winter 2026.
