## Caption

Didn’t want to today. Tired, exhausted, working a lot, coaching a lot, body is sore. 

But I said I would workout 4x per week for 60 min a day. Did I have to do this? No. I get to do this. 

I have a functioning body and mind and can walk, lift, move by myself. 

Sometimes you have to tell your mind to STFU and Just Gaux move.
