## Caption

Thirty-plus years living openly as a Christian in Israel — and not once spat on, cursed, or mistreated for his faith. Ryan Jones raised his family in a Jewish neighborhood: his kids in normal Israeli schools, his wife in a public hospital, everyone knowing they’re Christian. When it does come up, it’s almost always positive — neighbors asking why he’d choose to live among them. The “Israel persecutes Christians” narrative pushed by antagonists abroad just doesn’t match the reality on the ground.
