A suspect was killed early Friday morning after the Dickson County Sheriff’s Office said he fired at deputies during an encounter that began with a report of a stolen trailer. 

Sheriff Tim Eads said the incident started around 3 a.m. after deputies received a report of a stolen trailer equipped with a GPS tracking device.
