In-N-Out Burger is in the application process for a new location on 8th Avenue South in Nashville, the company's director of real estate confirmed to FOX 17 News.

The double-doubles would be coming to the corner of 8th Ave S and Berry Road in the Berry Hill/Melrose area of Nashville, less than 10 minutes from downtown.

Lebanon, Antioch and Murfreesboro saw long lines during In-N-Out grand openings in December of 2025 as people from near and far wanted to go animal style.

FOX 17 News' Johnny Maffei obtained new numbers from Murfreesboro's Transportation Department showing traffic impacts where Medical Center Parkway meets Honeylocust Drive, In-N-Out's only Rutherford County location.
