‼️ Abuse, Brutality and Neglect at Farmville Detention Center ‼️

Diego shares his testimony from inside Farmville detention center. Diego has been denied his diabetes medicine while incarcerated. He had a history of heart attack and the medical abuse and neglect he has experienced has made his health worse. Despite these terrible conditions, Diego continues to speak up for himself and others inside. 

While many people being detained face extreme health issues because Farmville Detention Center is denying them life saving medicine like diabetes medication, others enter the detention center healthy and soon develop severe disabilities and health issues due to the rotten food, contaminated air, and mental health issues from constant abuse.

These issues are structural and purposeful, and have been consistent over the decade that Farmville has been in operation.

There is no way to make this place better and the only solution is to shut it down and release people back to their chosen communities.
