This kid hits a couple exercises and immediately has to check the progress. 😂

All jokes aside, I love that Nova enjoys being in the gym with me. He gets to have fun, spend time with Dad, and at the same time he’s growing up seeing exercise and taking care of yourself as just a normal part of life.

Kids pay attention to a lot more than we realize. The example you set eventually becomes part of what they know as normal. ❤️

And apparently checking the abs after a workout is already part of the routine. 🤦‍♂️😂
