A spokesperson for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shared the couple’s reaction to King Charles’ letter clarifying their status after returning to the United Kingdom. The spokesperson told the BBC that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were “a little surprised not to have been told about this in advance,” after the Sept. 7 letter reiterated that their HRH styles remain in abeyance and that they are no longer working royals. Harry, 41, and Markle, 45, arrived in England Aug. 26 with their children, Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5; while E!
