One family raised three  greatest sibling mountain biking has ever seen.

Rachel Atherton became a 6-time World Champion.
Gee Atherton became a 2-time World Champion.
Dan Atherton became a British National Champion.

But the medals are not what fascinates me, It was the parenting behind them.

One parent showed up every weekend with a car full of bikes.

The other rebuilt her life after divorce so her children could stay close to the mountains they loved.

Different perspectives. The same message.
“This is your dream. We’ll help you chase it.”
