Seared scallops aka sea marshmallows 😊 And if yours ain’t getting THIS crust, we need to talk 💯😤Golden and crispy on the outside, buttery and tender on the inside. They look fancy, taste expensive, and are way easier to make than people think.

A few keys to scallop greatness:
🔥 Pat em REALLY dry. Moisture is the enemy of that crust.
🔥 Season with kosher salt right before they hit the pan.
🔥 Get that skillet piping hot with a little high-heat oil.
🔥 Lay em down and LEAVE EM ALONE. No poking, pushing or playing with your food.
🔥 Flip once that golden crust is official, then give the other side about 30-60 seconds.
