After three weeks apart, a woman living with Alzheimer's shared an emotional reunion with her husband, despite no longer consistently recognizing him. 

When he approached her and reminded her that he was her husband, the moment became deeply emotional as the couple embraced. Their daughter captured the reunion, reflecting on how their connection remains even as the memories they shared begin to fade.

'This was a spontaneous, beautiful, and deeply emotional moment between my wife and me. I had no idea my daughter was filming it, much less that she would post it or that it would receive such an overwhelming response,' Dr. Michael Tobin said.
