I teach my members to retire using real estate, because retirement isn’t a guaranteed equation. There isn’t this singular, magical number to hit and then things will be fine.

You might save enough and then get sick. Or the house floods without insurance. Or your child needs your support or you’re unhappy with your lifestyle.

Retirement is more a relationship, a proportion than a static equality. And I think real estate flexes best with that reality.

That’s why I met 1:1 with my members. It’s not enough to talk about what real estate can do. We have to talk about what it can do FOR YOU!
