I’m spending the next week exploring some incredible cities in Jalisco, Mexico, and our first stop is Puerto Vallarta, a beach destination that’s been on my list ever since I saw it featured on Real Housewives lol.

Our first few days in PV included snorkeling, a tasting menu, and a 7-stop food tour that left me so full I didn’t even have room for dessert. Tragic.
