I’ve talked about reading 30 books a day to my kids for years, and the questions I get most often are: why and how did you actually do it? 📚

So I’m finally breaking down where the goal came from, what it looked like in our house, and how it evolved as my kids got older. ✍🏽

And, to be clear, I’m a lawyer, not an early childhood professional. I’m simply a mom who studied up before getting pregnant, was very intentional about the environment I wanted to create in my home, and is a bona fide expert in my own children. 😉

Because I’m frequently asked about what we’ve done and still do at home, particularly around reading and language, I’m always happy to share what works for us. Do what works for you. ❤️
