Our version of the private dining room experience is under the big sky.

We’re inviting guests to join us on September 23rd for an immersive harvest dinner at Alpha and Omega Farm in Princeton, Minnesota, as part of the YETI Wild PDR Dinner series.

Set among the fields at the height of late-summer harvest, guests will experience a rotating chef’s table featuring seafood- and vegetable-forward courses from Karyn Tomlinson, Yia Vang (yiavang70), Isabel Coss (chabelacoss), and Gustavo Romero(gustavo_romero_veytia), as well as a communal feast of wild boar. The evening begins with a raw bar from Stephanie Mutz (seastephaniefish), and ends with a dessert you won’t want to miss.
