Freezer door Sausage Egg & Biscuit Sandwiches

Ingredients:
6 sausage patties
6 English muffins
6 Eggs
1/4 Cup Mayo
6 American Cheese slices

1. Air fry the sausage patties at 390°F for 5 minutes, or cook according to the package instructions.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and mayonnaise until smooth and fully combined.
3. With a microwave-safe bowl or container that’s roughly the same size as your English muffins, add about 1/3 cup of the egg mixture and microwave for 40 seconds, or until the egg is cooked through. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
4. Assemble each sandwich by placing the cooked egg, sausage patty, and American cheese between the English muffin halves.
5. Wrap each sandwich tightly in parchment paper, then place them in a freezer-safe zip-top bag. Freeze until ready to eat.
6. To reheat from frozen, microwave each sandwich for 1 minute. If the center isn’t hot, continue microwaving in 15-second intervals until heated through.
7. Let cool for a minute, then enjoy!
