Since 2003, the VMO has been committed to more than sharing the joy of live orchestral music with our community. At the heart of what we do is mentorship: creating opportunities for talented young musicians to grow, perform, and take their next steps toward professional careers.

In May, we gathered with our sponsors, supporters, musicians, friends, and members of Vancouver’s music community at our VMO Appreciation Soirée to celebrate a successful 23rd season and the people who make this work possible.

To everyone who has supported the VMO: thank you. Your support helps us build opportunities for musicians while keeping orchestral music alive and accessible in our community.

As we look ahead, we’re excited to see you at our 10th Annual Free Outdoor Concert and begin our 24th season together.
