The cookies were so amazing, we had to ask Grace for the recipe, so here it is! 

Grace’s Miso-Brown Butter Sesame Cookies
(makes about 6-10 large cookies)

👉 Ingredients: 

For the black sesame praline
- 40 g sesame
- 20 g sugar
- 1 g salt

For the cookie batter
- 110 g all-purpose flour
- 20 g kinako powder
- 4 g baking soda
- pinch salt
- 120 g butter, softened
- 105 g brown sugar
- 30 g granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp miso 
- 1 tbsp water
- 105 g semi-sweet chocolate, chopped - reserve some bigger pieces.
- 60 g black sesame praline (recipe above)
