On this Labor Day, we honor our esteemed team and workplace culture.

Recently, Inside Business of Hampton Roads conducted a survey of local employees and recognized sf_companies at the Virginia Beach Sports Center as a TOP Workplace in the region. The survey compared responses from employees across the region and highlighted the top-performing employers.

Inside Business commended the management company and venue leadership for their flexible scheduling, community impact, robust team culture, competitive compensation packages, and individual career-goal planning programs.
