For this year’s Korean pavilion at La Biennale di Venezia, “Liberation Space: Fortress/Nest” curated by Binna Choi features the sculptural works by artist Goen Choi and Hyeree Ro, transforming the space into a living monument that explores how liberation is an ongoing process of movement and renewal.

Hyundai Motor has proudly supported the Korean Pavilion since 2015. The commitment will continue through 2034 to foster a sustainable foundation for artistic experimentation and critical discourse. 

“Liberation Space: Fortress/Nest” is on view in Venice until November 22, 2026.
