Nvidia just became the cheapest stock in the Magnificent Seven, even after climbing to a $5.5 trillion market cap. On a forward earnings basis, Nvidia trades at roughly 16 times, according to Carbon Finance data compiled by Benzinga. That is below every other Mag 7 name and below the S&P 500. Meta is next at 17 times, then the S&P 500 at 20, Microsoft at 21, Alphabet at 23, Amazon at 25, Apple at 33, and Tesla far above the pack at 156. Bank of America and Deutsche Bank analysts have both flagged Nvidia's 16 times forward multiple as roughly a decade low, and roughly half the stock's five year average. The AI chip leader is also still projected to grow earnings faster than any other Magnificent Seven member. Cheap and dominant almost never live in the same sentence. $NVDA.
