Do you have to pre-rinse your wheels before using Ultimate All Wheel Cleaner? Nope. With many wheel cleaners, you have to pre-rinse before using them, but not with the Ultimate. Spray on a wheel that's cool to the touch, agitate (if needed), then rinse off and dry!
