Clay’s E46 M3 refresh with a complete S54 rebuild is going well! With bottom end and head assembled (plus accessories), we moved on to a complete vanos rebuild/reseal + anti rattle with all the parts available from Beisan Systems.

With everything timed and sealed, mating the trans is next, and then dropping in soon!
