NY STYLE CHEESECAKE & ICE CREAM in Charlotte, NC - This local staple named Cheesecake Carousel is serving up some of the best cheesecake and ice cream in Charlotte. They’re typically at the corner of Trade and Tryon in uptown Charlotte from Weds - Sat 1pm-8pm. They have a variety of cheesecake slices, cheesecake mini’s, and ice cream each day. Everything is made from scratch and it is truly one of the best in the city.
