Less than a month until I have to dive off this platform again 🥵🇮🇹

Obviously I’ve worked with professionals on the PTSD of this scary accident… but I haven’t been back to the same location in over a year… this defs contributed to my fear of going back and having to dive off the same platform 🥹 but I’ll be reading your comments for advice because I really wanna go back and dive great without having a panic attack 💪🥲
