There’s still a long time to wait for Scout’s Traveler SUV and Terra pickup, with initial deliveries expected to start in 2028. In the meantime, the VW Group-owned company is trying to keep excitement high by introducing some new design concepts.
 
Meet the Scout Mountainside and “trail-ready” concepts. Both are based on the SUV, but the duo showcases two different ways to outfit the Traveler. The Mountainside concept is less rough-and-tumble and more about refined luxury, while the “trail-ready” concept offers a strong focus on off-road performance as its name suggests.
