Inspired by Tom Hierck’s DNA — Dreams, Needs, and Abilities activity shared during our preservice training, Mr. Baker challenged his seniors to create their own Senior Spotlight!

Students reflected on who they are, what matters to them, and what they hope to accomplish after high school—and then brought it all together in a spotlight that represents them.

A great example of an idea from preservice turning into a meaningful classroom activity that helps us get to know and celebrate our students! 🌟
