#TerrierTakeover: Meet Ada Ucar!

Ada is a senior studying Mechanical Engineering bu.meche with a concentration in Robotics. She's an international student, originally from Istanbul, Turkey. Ada really appreciates the international student community at BU, and how esteemed and approachable both students and faculty are.

As an engineering student, Ada loves BU for all the hand-on access to labs and equipment that the university offers. She started working in RASTIC (Robotics & Autonomous Systems Teaching and Innovation Center) bu.rastic during her sophomore year.

Since then, her role has evolved into more organizational, background work where she works on outreach (and promotion) for the lab, whether that be coordinating seminars or working on our annual report, or a project guide for future students.

Ada is also on the sailing team, and really loves all the resources that BU provides out on the Charles River.

Feel free to ask her any questions related to her experience at BU as she takes over our account today, as well as requesting to see content about any aspect of life from the student perspective here at BU!
