Decluttering is therapy! 

When’s the last time y’all REALLY took a day, or a week, and went room by room, space by space, and decluttered?

I’ve been doing this for the past few weeks and it’s done WONDERS on my nervous system!

We’re talkin’ drawers, makeup and beauty products, under the counters, cabinets, purging mine and kids’ clothes, ERRTHANG! 

If you do this, do it in stages, yes…. Don’t pull out everything all at once — just do little by little. (Trust me on this cause you don’t want to overwhelm yourself with pulling out too much than you can deal with at once). 

I promise your shoulders will drop down a few inches, and you will literally feel HAPPIER!

Create a time this week to declutter one space in your home and I promise it will be the best self care — better than a full body massage! 

Do it and circle back to me on that. 

Better than any self care, I bet my bottom dollar on that.
