📢SOUND ON📢 This is how my weekly dose of getting cracked started 😭 

My husband is the one who put me game with the chiropractor. I actually told him he was becoming an old man for seeing the chiropractor, that is, until I realized how seeing the chiro would actually help to keep us feeling YOUNG, but I digress…

Matt had been seeing Dr. Jernigan for a pinched nerve and kept telling me I needed to go too. I brushed it off for a while because I was already getting massages every other week for stress… but my neck got so stiff I could barely turn my head. 

Range of motion — gone.

Finally caved and went in for a real workup. I asked the doc how bad off I was on a 1-10 scale and the man literally told me I was an 8. An 8, y’all! In terms of how stiffness and (un)alignment, chileeee, my body was out of whack! 

8 out of 10 was the amount of stress I was carrying without even realizing it.

I started seeing him weekly after that, and the improvement has been wild — like a completely different body. 

Long story short: seeing the chiropractor has been one of the BEST things I’ve done for my over 40 body.
