But little did I know we’d see several schools of dolphins AND have a few up close and personal encounters like this moment caught on video! Y’all know we love to visit @destin, FL yearly, if not a few times each year, and believe it or not, as many times as we’ve been here, we always seem to find a new and exciting adventure with each stay. Today we explored the local’s favorite, Spectre Island in @destinfwb which was a far cry from the typically crowded Crab Island. We were treated to a luxurious and intimate private island cruise with a “deserted island” vibe. We cruised quietly in an electric boat to the secluded cove and spent a few hours at the hidden island, complete with an in-the-water swing set and mermaid hideout. I’m telling y’all… THIS excursion is going down in my kids’ memory banks. 10/10 and top 10 vibes! The dolphin sighting was the icing on the cake! Who’s heading to Destin, Ft.
